How we changed Ben's content strategy: Before, he was receiving 1-2 calls per week. Now, he is averaging around 15 calls a week, which has not doubled or tripled but quadrupled his revenue from his coaching business.
Changing the strategy - Ben was spending too much time trying to hire the right people and figure everything out by himself. In the process, he was losing money by not focusing on his business.
More Calls - Then we started working together, implementing a new strategy and consistently enhancing the quality of his content.
More Revenue - After a few months, Ben discovered his style, and I assisted him with everything related to the content. The result? Going from 1-2 calls a week to around 15, which quadrupled his revenue.
Here's Ben's video before working with us. We can see a lower number of views and a low click-through rate (CTR). Overall not a great performance.
This is the first video we've done for Ben. We can see a 4x increase in views. Everything is in sync, from the idea, title, thumbnail, and editing, to the script.
On the right is a thumbnail of our client, performing very poorly with a 1.4% click-through rate (CTR), which is very low. On the left, you can see our thumbnail, which has been tested after a month, for just a day, and spiked up to a 4.47% CTR.
Thumbnails are incredibly important and can sometimes determine the number of views and, consequently, the amount of money you receive.
This is a result from one of our clients. Previously, on average, he was getting 10-50 thousand views per short. Then we changed the hook from both the scripting and editing perspectives. We didn't show all three videos immediately. This formed engagement, which we held until the end of the video. After the client had strong attention, he added a call-to-action to watch his video about Amazon FBA.
How do we set up our system to generate 15 calls per week for our clients consistently?
How we increase their revenue 4x by posting video content.
Why do we require only 30-90 minutes of their time, a week, for content creation, and directing the views to converting landing pages?
